Job description
We are looking for dedicated strong Medical Aesthetics Registered Nurse
with great customer service and experience in administrating Botox, Dermal
Fillers and Lasers
Responsibilities
Administer medical treatments such as: Botox, Dysport, Dermal Fillers,
Coolsculpting, Cootone, Thermage, Fraxel, Clear and Brilliants, RF microneedling
Teach patients how to care for their skin and be able to sell patients on
various skin care lines such as but not limited to: Skinbetter and SkinMedica.
Ability to make patient have trust and comfort with the Company and
Injector and knows how to build a lasting clientele for the Med Spa
Sell treatment packages, upgrade patients to have other treatments and
cross promote across other departments.
Able to work 3 days a week & must be dedicated to the company's goal and
mission
Requirements
Must have a current Arizona Nursing License or above
Must have at least 1 year experience as a Registered Nurse and Licensed as a LSO, Laser Safety Officer
Must have a certificate of or show proof of training in Medical Esthetics
Botox & Fillers and have at least 1 year of experience performing Botox
and Dermal Fillers.
Must follow all company polices and procedure and follow all state and
federal regulations.
Must have strong sales and customer service skills and meet monthly sales
goals
Must be flexible to pick up shifts as needed and able to work at Medical
Aesthetics events held at the Med Spa.
Must be dependable and flexible and be able to work evenings and weekends.
Must have great work ethics and be able to work with various personalities.
Requirement Preference
Preference will be given to Medical Injectors that have proven advanced
Medical Aesthetics training, proven ability to meet monthly sales goal,
great customer service and satisfaction. Understands and has proven track
record of customer retention and customer satisfaction.
Must be a RN that have taken the 24 hour laser Medical
Healthcare Class, and registered with the Arizona ARRA/Department of Health.
