We are seeking a Vice President Operations to become an integral part of our team The V.P. Operations position oversees daily operations of the plant operations, maintenance function, and fleet reliability, ensuring efficiency, productivity and profitability.

This role involves strategic planning, policy development, and collaboration with other executives to drive the company's growth and operational excellence. 

Responsibilities:

• Strategic planning: Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures to drive efficiency and productivity. 
• Oversee and mentor department managers and staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability
• Ensure high standards of quality and customer satisfaction through effective implementation of Q.C. measures.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and adopt potential new technologies to enhance efficiencies.
• Allocate resources and materials to meet project deadlines.
• Track and forecast operational trends and analysis.
• Formalize policies and procedures in accordance with HR regulations.

​Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Operations Management, or a related field. MBA preferred.
• Minimum of 7 to 10 years' experience in operations management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within the
• laundry or related manufacturing industry.  
• Customer focus: Commitment to delivering high quality, on-time products to our end users in the food and beverage market.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make informed, data-driven decisions. 
• Strong leadership, strategic planning, and financial management skills.
• Strong project management skills.
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic manufacturing environment.
