Job Description:

Oversee day to day operations in a fast-paced home improvement company, which includes:

·         overseeing a team of 8-10 employees (3-4 daily inside office and 5-6 field techs)

·         scheduling of installs

·         dispatching field techs

·         processing work orders

·         updating notes in multiple databases

·         ordering job materials

·         working with vendors, customers, and high-level clientele

Qualifications:

· Prior experience in supervisory role/management

· Excellent customer service skills and phone etiquette

· Extremely organized

· Works well in a fast-paced environment

· Strong Attention to detail

· Reliable and punctual

· Strong geographical knowledge of the San Diego area for scheduling appointments for field techs

· Previous experience in construction, home improvement, or property management a plus
