Join Our Team as a Quality Engineer

Are you passionate about quality and precision? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where your skills make a real difference? If so, we want you to join our team as a Quality Engineer with an understanding of AS9100D and ISO9001-2015 standards. This is a unique opportunity to work in an exciting industry with the potential to grow into a Quality Manager role.

What You'll Do:

  • Conduct thorough inspections and audits to ensure compliance with AS9100D/ISO9001-2015 standards.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement effective solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain high-quality standards across all stages of production.
  • Lead root cause analysis and corrective action processes.
  • Participate in and or Provide quality training to team members and stakeholders.
  • Client Interface and communication

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in Quality Engineering with a background in AS9100D and ISO9001-2015 experience is preferred.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and drive quality initiatives.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
  • Commitment to continuous improvement and a keen eye for detail.
  • Provide training and guidance to team members on quality practices and procedures.
  • NADCAP familiarity is a plus.
