This role involves a variety of tasks, ensuring our clients' landscapes are well-maintained and aesthetically pleasing in every season.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform snow removal during the winter months to ensure safe and accessible pathways.
  • Conduct mulching, planting, and mowing during the growing season to maintain vibrant and healthy landscapes.
  • Build and maintain retaining walls, ensuring structural integrity and visual appeal.
  • Plant trees, shrubs, and flowers according to design specifications and client preferences.
  • Operate and maintain landscaping equipment such as mowers, trimmers, and snow blowers.
  • Perform general landscape maintenance tasks, including weeding, pruning, and fertilizing.
  • Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and to client satisfaction.
  • Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols while performing tasks.

Requirements:

  • Previous landscaping experience is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
  • Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects.
  • Familiarity with landscaping tools and equipment.
  • Attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
