Manage full Life Cycle of Recruiting (screening resumes, interviewing, technical queries & interviews, closing of candidates and responsibilities till joining of candidates).
Design and implement the overall recruiting strategy for Bench Sales and Sourcing
Experience in dealing W2/C2C/1099 with U.S. Citizens, Green Card Holders, H1B candidates and other work authorizations
Must be proficient in recruiting techniques like Head Hunting, Calling, Networking Sites, Social Media, Referrals, and Internet-Based recruiting Tools.
Ability to understand the technical requirements and submit consultants’ profiles on time.
Must have good Negotiating skills in finalizing rates/salary.
Should be self-motivated as well as a team player.
Ability to display deep sourcing/ bench recruiting skills and excellent candidate assessment skills.
Must have experience in hiring all levels of technical candidates.
Co-ordinate with Sales Consultant to take over generated leads and then bring each lead to closure.
Work as a good team player, maintain & build extensive candidate database.
Sound knowledge of IT concepts and the latest trends.
Work independently and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Should possess excellent communication skills
Understand the technical requirements of clients and deliver qualified resources.
Sourcing and screening potential IT candidates from effective usage of Internal Systems /Database, Job Portals, Postings, and Networking within the desired time frame.
Be extremely target oriented.
