主要职责：·         管理并监督仓库运营，包括装运、收货和物料处理等工作。·         确保订单高效准确地完成，有效管理库存并妥善存放产品。·         主导仓库员工团队，提供指导、培训和绩效反馈。·         通过执行OSHA法规并促进适当的安全程序，维护安全的工作环境。·         与其他部门合作，优化仓库流程，提升整体效率。·         运用AS400或类似系统追踪库存、生成报告，并管理仓库运营。·         与第三方物流（3PL）供应商协调进出货物。·         定期进行盘点和调整，监控和维护库存准确性。
职位要求：·         具备丰富的仓库运营机械知识和经验。·         熟悉OSHA法规，具备执行安全协议的能力。·         熟练使用AS400或类似的仓库管理系统。·         在电子商务或第三方物流（3PL）环境中有经验者优先考虑。·         能够搬运重物并执行与物料处理相关的体力任务。·         出色的组织技能，注重细节。·         强大的领导能力，能够有效激励和管理团队。

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, and materials handling.
- Ensure efficient and accurate order fulfillment, inventory management, and product storage.
- Supervise a team of warehouse associates, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
- Maintain a safe working environment by enforcing OSHA regulations and promoting proper safety procedures.
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize warehouse processes and improve overall efficiency.
- Utilize AS400 or similar systems to track inventory, generate reports, and manage warehouse operations.
- Coordinate with third-party logistics (3PL) providers for inbound and outbound shipments.
- Monitor and maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and reconciliation.Requirements:
- Strong mechanical knowledge and experience in warehouse operations.
- Familiarity with OSHA regulations and ability to enforce safety protocols.
- Proficiency in using AS400 or similar warehouse management systems.
- Experience in e-commerce or 3PL environments is preferred.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks associated with material handling.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
