Practice Details

Sanford Health Traumatic Stress Treatment Center is looking for a Clinical Psychologist to join our multidisciplinary team in Fargo, North Dakota. Our team provides behavioral health services and care coordination to treat trauma and traumatic stress. We are co-located and collaborate closely with the Children s Care Clinic which provides medical services for child trauma and maltreatment. Psychologists at Sanford Health are a valued part of our care team and integral in our collaborative care model. We take a multidisciplinary approach to the assessment and treatment of trauma and child abuse from childhood through adulthood.

The Traumatic Stress Treatment Center at Sanford Health in Fargo, ND is focused on providing high-quality and evidenced-based trauma treatments to children and families. We believe in improving access to evidence-based services for children and families who have experienced trauma while building health and resilience through our services. The needs of our community and region are great, so we are growing our clinical team and looking for a psychologist passionate about serving children and families who have experienced trauma, investing in community outreach, education, and development of specialty care programing.

  • Primary role for this psychologist would be to conduct trauma assessments, providing evidence-based trauma treatments, collaborating with the team and community partners, and being involved in the center s outreach and education efforts
  • Sanford Health offers the opportunity to teach University of North Dakota medical students
  • This is an outpatient clinic with no call requirement
