Job DescriptionJob Description

• Senior Construction Experience: Extensive experience in managing construction
projects, capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously across different
locations.
• Expertise in Project Management Tools: Proficient in using project scheduling
tools such as Primavera P6 and MS Project.
• Budget and Quality Management: Demonstrated ability to manage budgets
effectively, ensuring project quality standards are met or exceeded.
• Safety Management: Strong focus on maintaining high safety standards across all
project sites.
• Team Leadership: Ability to lead, coordinate, and strengthen field teams, including
addressing personnel changes and team dynamics effectively.
• Geographical Flexibility: Based in or near Columbus, OH, Canton, GA, or
Gainesville, FL, with the ability to travel to and engage remotely with various
projects.
• Specific Project Familiarity:
• City Schools, OH: Capable of handling demanding schedules and complex
stakeholder interactions.
• VA Medical Center,: Experience in managing healthcare construction
projects, including new builds and renovations under challenging conditions.
• Project Closeouts in OH area: Skilled in overseeing project finalization and
ensuring thorough completion by set deadlines.
• Potential New Projects: Ability to kick off and lead new projects, particularly
in healthcare facilities.
• Supportive Role in OH: Willingness to assist and potentially lead in managing
multiple large projects.
• VA GA Project Management: Potential to take over and drive completion of
ongoing projects.

• Client-Focused: Strong ability to engage with clients, understanding their needs
and managing their expectations effectively.
• Problem Solver and Decision Maker: Known for being decisive and having the
capacity to handle high-pressure situations smoothly.

• Proactive and Results-Oriented: Described as a "bone-crunching, gettin’ it done
type" of professional, focused on delivering results and achieving project
milestones.
Schedule-
• Travel when needed.
