Dr. Eitel and her staff provide a variety of psychological services for children, adolescents, and adults, including individual, couples, and group therapy as well as psychological evaluations and consultations.  We offer a very warm, friendly environment. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Act as the first line of contact for patients and assuring they have a positive experience with our office
  • Answering phones
  • Scheduling appointments
  • Responsible for communicating effectively
  • Act as a resource for patients who may need guidance and support throughout their entire experience
  • Handle multiple phone lines
  • Scanning

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

  • Consistently pleasant demeanor
  • Ability to prioritize and work independently
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills. Must be able to speak clearly
  • High attention to detail and follows through with completing duties and the task given
  • Familiar with clerical duties such as faxing, printing and data entry
  • Confidentiality and Discretion (HIPAA)

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Prior experience (1-3 years) in the medical office.

SYSTEMS AND SOFTWARE EXPERIENCE

  • Microsoft Office Suite
  • Adobe Acrobat DC
  • Online Scheduling Software
  • iPad, Office Phone Systems

OTHER NOTES

  • Experience in Medical Office preferred
  • Insurance Verifications knowledge preferred
  • Bilingual Preferred but not required
  • Salary Negotiable
