POSITION: Full-Time Telephone Customer Service  Agent

JOB DESCRIPTION: The Full-Time Telephone Service  Agent will be responsible for fielding calls related to the processing of Federal Government Documentation with current and prospective clients including gathering, compiling, analyzing, and maintaining sensitive client information. This position does NOT involve "Cold-Calling" and soliciting potential customers who had no prior interaction with our company's services.

The Telephone Service Agent's primary role will be assisting customers with their documentation processing service needs, converting calls, and other related inquiries into successful use of the document processing services offered on our website.

Job functions will further include, but are not be limited to, reviewing submitted information for errors and deficiencies, communicating directly with applicants, communicating with the federal government agencies, maintaining information through secure cloud servers, and accessing physical hard files.

Position will also provide administrative support and guidance to documentation processors charged with individual client files. Additional administrative duties will include collating files, and general office accounting. May perform other duties as assigned.

APPLICANTS SOUGHT: Applicants must have an upbeat can-do attitude and must be available to work in office in the Chino, CA area. Applicants must have amazing communication skills. Must be well-versed and proficient in Adobe Acrobat DC Pro, PDF manipulation, and Microsoft Office software. Applicants must work well in a team environment, and independently. We maintain a fast-paced, high energy environment, applicants must be highly energetic, flexible, and work well within a fast-growing environment. Must be able to deftly handle many different tasks at once. We are an equal-opportunity employer.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Some college preferred, or experience of 1-2 years. Must provide CV/ Resume and References. All applicants must subject to a comprehensive background check.

COMPENSATION: TBD Based on Experience
