IT Consultant- SAP Business by Design

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced In-House IT Consultant with extensive expertise in SAP Business ByDesign to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in training employees on how to effectively utilize SAP Business ByDesign and in setting up the system to meet our organization's needs.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and objectives, and provide expert guidance on how SAP Business ByDesign can meet our organization's needs.
- Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for employees on SAP Business ByDesign functionality, including but not limited to financials, CRM, supply chain management, and analytics.
- Provide hands-on support and guidance to employees during the implementation and setup of SAP Business ByDesign, ensuring that the system is configured and customized to meet our organization's specific requirements.
- Conduct regular training sessions and workshops to ensure employees are proficient in using SAP Business ByDesign and are maximizing its capabilities to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to SAP Business ByDesign, providing timely support and assistance to employees as needed.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest SAP Business ByDesign developments and best practices, and share knowledge and insights with internal stakeholders to drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with IT and business teams to identify opportunities for system optimization and enhancement, and lead initiatives to implement changes as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an IT Consultant, with a focus on SAP Business ByDesign.
- Extensive knowledge of SAP Business ByDesign functionality, with a strong understanding of financials, CRM, supply chain management, and analytics.
- Demonstrated experience in training employees on SAP Business ByDesign usage and best practices.
- Experience in setting up and configuring SAP Business ByDesign to meet organizational requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- SAP Business ByDesign certification is a plus.
