Sales Coordinator

Perform administrative and office support activities for our consultants and sales team. Work directly with our customers and our consultants in sales and service related tasks. Duties may include (but are not limited to) fielding telephone calls, maintain recorded customer and sales information, word processing, creating spreadsheets and presentations, preparing sales paperwork and payment information. Software skills are required, as well as internet research abilities and strong communication skills. This position will directly assist both the service and sales departments. Administrative experience is necessary.
This position is fulltime, Monday through Friday, from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM in a professional office setting. This position does occasionally require overtime.
Responsibilities and Duties
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Customer Service
- Provide Direct Support to Service Department, Lead Sales Coordinator, and Sales Consultants
- Service and Sales Scheduling
- Typing and Sending Proposals
- Sales Reporting
- Auditing Sales Information on a Monthly Basis to Assure Accuracy of Information
- Accepting Customer Payments and Documentation
- Misc. Administrative Tasks
Qualifications and Skills
The Qualified Candidate should possess all of the following:
- A (2) Year Minimum of Administrative Work Experience.

- Ability to Multitask & Coordinate Projects in a Fast Paced Environment
- Strong Verbal & Written Communication Skills
