Our Phoenix based client is a non-profit dedicated to creating and delivering innovative healthcare solutions that compassionately address the needs of the unhoused in Maricopa County.  In support of their mission, they are searching for a compassionate HR Business Partner for their team. This role will work an in-office work schedule four (4) days per week to partner and collaborate closely with employees and organization leaders.

What you’ll do:
Reporting to the HR Director and supervising the Recruiter & HR Generalist, the key objective of the Sr. HRBP is to understand our business and company objectives and support all stages of the employee life cycle as required. HRBPs partner with managers and employees for advice and action on recruitment, employee relations, compliance, performance and talent management, training, compensation and benefits, and delivery of HR programs and initiatives within the organization.

What they’re seeking:
  • Previous experience in healthcare or healthcare related industry; a strong understanding of the healthcare industry is necessary.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Human Resources, or similar
  • 5+ years of related experience as a Senior level HR Generalist, HRBP or HR Manager, including 3+ years in Employee Relations. Prior supervisory experience desired.
  • Current PHR or SHRM Certification(s) required.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail, and discipline for follow-through.
  • Keen listening skills with an ‘of service’ mentality.
