We're looking to fill a full time, year round Residential Construction Project Manager position with excellent pay, benefits and bonus opportunity. We're looking for an energetic, detail-oriented working project manager to join our team of residential construction pros. We're largely known for building unique additions and renovations on nice, older homes in the greater Towson area.

Responsibilities
- On-site management of residential construction projects
- Prepare weekly schedules and job reports for your project
- Coordinate materials on site and deliveries of pre-ordered items
- Interact with our customers with project details and needs
- Coordinate tasks of our people and our subs
- Ensure manpower and resources are adequate
- Guarantee all safety precautions and quality standards are met
- Maintain a clean and organized worksite in our customers' homes
Skills
- Proven experience in residential renovation/construction
- Ability to schedule, plan and organize a project
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Ability to communicate and report effectively
- Carpentry skills are a must
- Good physical condition and stamina
- High school diploma or diploma in a skilled trade (electrician, carpenter etc.)
Job Type: Full-time
Expected hours: 40 per week
