Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:30pm - 5:00pm
Location: Los Angeles, CA
Contract Length: 12 - 16 week Contract with potential Temp to Hire
Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an RN Recruiter. As an RN Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, evaluating, and hiring qualified nursing professionals to meet the staffing needs of healthcare organizations. Below is a comprehensive job description for an RN recruiter:
Duties:
Recruitment and Sourcing:
Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified RN candidates.
Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and nursing schools.
Maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future hiring needs
Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
Schedule and conduct in-depth interviews with candidatesWork closely with department heads and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and provide feedback on candidates.
Assist in the development of job descriptions and posting of job advertisements.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in healthcare recruiting, specifically recruiting registered nurses
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Nursing, or a related field
preferred.
- Covid Vaccinations required
