Job DescriptionJob Description

We are seeking 2 Staff Accountants for a company located in Inglewood, CA. These opportunities are direct hire, provide full benefits, excellent company stability, and growth potential We will gain valuable experience is ever facet of General Ledger Accounting and have the opportunity to work with a highly experienced Management team. 

Responsibilities:

  • Perform bank, credit card, and balance sheet reconciliations
  • Prepare and audit journal entries, accruals, and adjusting entries
  • Assist with month, quarter, year end closing
  • Code and track invoices while supporting AP/AR and cash flow
  • Maintain fixed assets and depreciation
  • Assist with ad hoc financial reporting
  • Assist with audit preparation and with external auditors

​Qualifications:

  • Bachelors level degree in Accounting/Finance or related
  • Fundamental knowledge of GAAP
  • 2+ years of experience at a Staff Accountant level
  • Ability to communication effectively with various departments
  • Previous ERP knowledge and good MS Excel experience
