Construction Foreman - Custom Pool Construction
We are looking for an experienced Construction Foreman to oversee our custom pool construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the pool construction industry as a foreman, as well as excellent physical strength and stamina.

Responsibilities:
• Oversee the daily operations of all custom pool construction projects, ensuring standards of safety, quality, and efficiency are maintained.
• Supervise and lead team members throughout each stage of the project including ordering materials, scheduling inspections, and coordinating with subcontractors.
• Ensure that deadlines are met in a cost-effective manner while adhering to all building codes and safety regulations.
• Liaise with clients to ensure they are kept informed of progress and any changes or updates to the project.
• Provide extensive knowledge of pool design, construction techniques, planning procedures, and local zoning/building codes.
• Monitor project activities to ensure work is progressing on time and within budget.
• Prepare detailed reports for clients outlining progress and any potential issues or delays.

Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in custom pool construction as a Foreman.
• Comprehensive understanding of local building codes, zoning laws & safety regulations related to pool construction.
• Ability to read blueprints & schematics accurately with attention to detail.
• Strong organizational & communication skills (both verbal & written).
• Highly motivated self-starter with superior problem-solving abilities & people management skills.
