Job DescriptionJob DescriptionSpherion is seeking a family law Paralegal for our client in Clinton, NJ.
The paralegal will assist the attorney(s) by providing clerical and research support services including document preparation and review; interviewing clients and witnesses; research, investigations, fact checking, and trial preparation.

• Prepares legal documents such as case information statements, briefings, pleadings, motions, orders, discovery, subpoenas, correspondence for review, approval, and use by attorney(s).
• Investigates facts to determine causes of action, to complete case information statement, to respond to discovery demands, and to prepare cases accordingly.
• Files pleadings with court.
• Prepares affidavits of documents and maintains document file.
• Delivers or directs delivery of subpoenas to witnesses and parties to action.
• Directs and coordinates activities of law office employees.
• Interfaces with clients regarding all aspects of a case.
• Manages attorney’s calendar and all court and other deadlines.
• Collect, comply, and utilize technical information to make recommendations to an attorney.

Education and Experience A paralegal certificate from an accredited institution is required.
3-4 Years of experience in NJ
MUST HAVES:
Experience with;
Case Information Statement (beginning to end)
Pleadings/motions/orders/discovery
Can manage attorney's schedule/workbook
