Security Clearance Required: Must be United States Citizen. Must be able to pass government background checks.

Position Description Summary

Responsibilities of the Scheduler include supporting project managers and program managers with developing and maintaining project schedules and budgets for large complex projects for the US Army Corps of Engineers using varying project management systems, including Primavera.

Responsibilities

Responsible for maintaining up to date and accurate status of availability. Will be responsible for analyzing data quality and data quality issues. Will be responsible for generating complex reports in Primavera and other systems.

Skills & Experience

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills At least 2 years of experience scheduling
  • At least 2 years of experience using Primavera
  • Working knowledge of Corps of Engineers data standards Experience using MS Project preferred.

Certificate PMP preferred.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in business administration or management or other related fields.
