As an Entry-Level Loan Processor, you will play a crucial role in the loan application and approval process. You will work closely with our team of experienced professionals to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow, ultimately contributing to the success of our clients and the growth of our company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in collecting, reviewing, and organizing loan application documents.
  • Verify and validate applicant information to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Communicate with clients, underwriters, and loan officers to facilitate the loan application process and provide updates on application status.
  • Prepare and submit loan files to underwriting for approval, addressing any additional documentation requirements.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of loan applications and related correspondence.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency.
