Requirements

  • · Two or more years of relevant experience in site development
  • · Working knowledge of Civil3D
  • · Attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies
  • · Excellent technical writing and verbal communication skills
  • · Effective time management and organizational skills
  • · Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • · B.S. degree in civil engineering for a mid-level civil engineer

 

Responsibilities

  • · Stormwater drainage and Sanitary system layout and design
  • · Fire and water layout and design
  • · Hydrology design and modeling
  • · Site grading
  • · Site plan layout and design
  • · Engage with internal and external parties to complete engineering plans from the planning stage to completion
  • · Apply for and coordinate permit applications with jurisdictions
  • · Perform project specific and jurisdictional research
  • · Write and edit reports, memos, and standard details
