We are hiring Assistant Managers and General Managers for a growing brand in San Fransisco, San Jose and the East Bay. This exciting opportunity offers great training, staff culture, growth opportunity, compensation, benefits, and much more

  • Assistant Manager Starting Salary: $70K-$85K
  • General Manager Starting Salary: $85K-$100K
  • No Late crazy Late Nights like with some casual dining restaurants
  • Lots of opportunity to move up quickly with a growing brand

The proper candidates will have minimum 2 years Management experience in fast casual dining or full-service restaurants and must believe in creating a positive staff culture on an ongoing basis

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operation of food service staff
  • Monitor quality of products and services produced
  • Adjust daily schedule for shift personnel to ensure optimal efficiency
  • Manage inventory of ingredients and supplies
  • Maintain health standards for raw and finished products

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in food service or other related fields
  • Knowledge of common food safety practices
  • Strong leadership qualities
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and communication skills
