- Medical Record documentation
- Triage patients during intake and document findings
- Assist during medical examinations and procedures
- Perform any miscellaneous duties assigned by providers or management.
- Prepare and clean treatment rooms and medical instruments
- Refill medications and complete prior authorizations for medications
- Some experience performing minor procedures (Willing to train the right candidate)
- Prepare and enter specimen into EMR logs
- Respond to emails and voice messages that arrive using the office systems from patients, pharmacy and PCP requests.
- Prepare and assist with referrals out for other procedures
