We are currently searching for a talented Mixologist to join our team at the Nest rooftop lounge. As a key member of our bar staff, you will be responsible for crafting innovative and delicious cocktails, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to the overall success of the lounge.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and creating unique cocktail recipes that embody the Nest rooftop lounge's vibe and atmosphere
  • Ensuring high standards of quality and consistency in all beverages served
  • Engaging with guests to provide recommendations, share your knowledge, and enhance their experience
  • Maintaining a clean and organized bar area, as well as monitoring inventory levels
  • Collaborating with the bar team and management to contribute to the lounge's overall success

The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology, a strong knowledge of spirits and ingredients, and a flair for creativity. Previous experience in a similar role and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service are essential.
