We are seeking a Caregiver to join our team You will assist in the daily care of elderly or disabled individuals.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients with daily living activities
  • Communicate ongoing care results and updates to relevant parties
  • Collaborate with clients and families for best care opportunities
  • Maintain a healthy and comfortable living environment

​Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in personal care or other related fields preferred
  • Compassionate and caring demeanor
  • Ability to build rapport with Residents
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to document in charts
  • Attention for detail in routine and deep cleaning
  • Able to cook well following recipes and cleaning
  • Able to bathe and groom and provide good hygiene to Residents
Company DescriptionCaregiver 4 (possibly 5 in future) days. Must be able to work either Saturday or Sunday.
Our facility is one of the finest in Redding, California. We are a small quiet facility with 6 residents. We provide training and on site floor training.

Job Requirements (Talk to us - we can help you):
Have current First Aid and CRP certificates
·Have current driver’s license
· Have PE Health screen and TB negative Lic 503
Candidates with experience are preferred
· Compassionate and friendly
· Empathetic
· Reliable and able to be on time
· Able to perform the duties of the position
· Assisted Living care givers are required by the State of California to pass a background check LIC 508.
Duties:
· Reading, writing, and carrying out directions
· Cleaning
· Cooking
· Charting or taking notes for others to review
· Providing companionship and supportive listening
· Reporting changes in the health or status of the client
· Feeding clients
· Bathing, Grooming, maintaining Hygiene of Residents
· Monitoring vital signs
· Providing assistance with daily living activities
