Brat Haus in Old Town Scottsdale is now hiring for the upcoming season which really kicks off with our 13th annual Oktoberfest Do you LOVE beer? Can you work in a team environment where we all pitch in to create a great customer experience and deliver "Genuine Hauspitality"? We are looking for steady and RELIABLE servers and bartenders Must possess a good craft beer knowledge, be able to multitask and hustle and maintain a positive and fun attitude on a consistent basis as well as handle constructive feedback in a mature manner. Servers ten to average approximately $38/hr including wage and tips in a fun and casual environment. NO LATE NIGHTS Locally owned/operated for the past 12 years. Passionate/Dedicated individuals only. Brats, burgers, beers, FUN No emails or phone calls please.

Responsibilities

  • Setting the table
  • Pre bus tables
  • Seating guests
  • Delivering food and drinks to guests
  • Running dishes to the kitchen
  • Delivering a great customer experience "Genuine Hauspitality"
  • Cleaning projects
  • Previous POS experience (we use Toast)


Qualifications

  • Minimum 2-3 years server experience in a casual full-service setting with craft beer menu
  • RELIABLE AND PUNCTUAL
  • Strong work ethic
  • CRAFT BEER KNOWLEDGE IS MANDATORY. At least a 3 on a scale of 5 with 5 being very knowledgeable
  • Ability to handle heavy volume in a short amount of time
  • RELIABLE
  • Extroverted personality
  • Ability to listen and communicate effectively
  • RELIABLE
  • Able to multitask efficiently. Self-motivated
  • Strong organizational skills
  • No smokers please

Available shifts and compensation: Available shifts on Sundays, Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays. Compensation is $10.85 - $14.35/hour.
