Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems
- Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance
- Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues
- Collaborate with team members to complete installations and repairs in a timely manner
- Follow safety protocols and adhere to industry regulations
- Provide exceptional customer service and address client concerns
Experience:
- 5+ years' experience in HVAC installation, maintenance, or repair
- Knowledge of property maintenance and van driving
- Familiarity with HVAC system design and refrigeration principles
- Mechanical knowledge and aptitude for field service work
- Ability to perform basic welding and equipment repairs
- Proficiency in troubleshooting HVAC system components
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
