Russell Tobin's client, a global specialty retail holding company is hiring for a Marketing Specialist to work in Reynoldsburg, OH

This role will serve as primary lead for daily email campaign execution, including interpreting the strategy, setting and communicating expectations and timelines, organizing resources, assessing possible risks, managing the deliverables, and meeting all deadlines.

Employment Type: Contract/Hybrid

Location: Reynoldsburg, OH

Pay rate: $22-$26/hr ,DOE

Responsibilities:

  • This role will specifically focus on managing all of Client daily email builds.
  • They will be responsible for making any edits to campaigns, business changes to campaigns, creating net new campaigns, and approving campaigns
  • The number of campaigns varies day-to-day depending on day of week, and upcoming out of offices.-so ability to stay organized and multi-task is important
  • The role will be working deeply with our tool called Da Vinci by Movable Ink – it is an email building tool that uses AI to choose content personalization on a 1:1 level. The tool uses drag-and-drop features.
  • The heaviest periods of work will be in the morning right when logging in – at this point the days’ worth of email proofs will be delivered and ready for edits
  • Various meetings will happen in the middle of the day that will inform future campaigns
  • End of day focus will be ensuring all deliverables have been sent thru for the team to work

Requirements:

  • Should be willing to accept ad-hoc requests as needed
  • Required Skills: Ability to multi-task
  • QA Testing
  • Ability to Learn Quick
  • Ability to Troubleshoot
  • Familiarity with the Movable Ink tool

Nice to have:

  • 1+ year of experience
  • HTML Knowledge
  • Experience working with Da Vinci
  • Experience working in retail
  • Experience working in email
  • Recent graduates with Email marketing internsip experience can be considered.
