This position is responsible for the management of all daily fulfillment functions and inventory management of Fifth Gear Fulfillment. This position will be responsible for fulfilling orders, intaking inventory, quality checking product, and keeping the warehouse in order and organized.

This position will support the Warehouse Manager in the following areas:​
– Inventory Management
– Order Fulfillment
– Shipping and Receiving
– Warehouse Organization
– Quality Control

Below are the specific duties:
– Forklift and/or hand truck use to transport/relocate inventory or product
– Greet visitors (truck drivers, etc.) at the door and communicate/reinforce established safety procedures
– Pick, control, and stock received materials and components in an accurate and timely manner
– Unload and load trucks in a safe and timely manner
– Fulfill orders accurately and in a timely manner
– Picking, packaging, and crating of products in preparation for shipment of orders
– Maintain a neat and clean work area
– Ensure all products meet quality and safety standards.
– Production and operational coverage as breaks, leaves, vacation, and increased demand require Cycle Counting and inventory control assignments
– Share and exemplify the company’s desired culture and mission, visions, and values
– Other duties as assigned

A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

Physical Demands:
– Exposed to normal conditions of a manufacturing facility.
– Regularly required to talk or hear and will be required to stand and/or sit for long periods of time.
– Use his/her hands to handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls and climb or balance and reach within hands and arms.
– Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
– Frequently lift, carry, or otherwise move and position objects weighing up to 50 pounds regularly, and occasionally up to 70 pounds.
– When working on machinery, bending, stooping and crouching occur on a regular basis and constantly moving about to coordinate work.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $18 - $22/hour

Physical setting: Warehouse

Schedule:
– Monday through Friday
– Day shift (9:00 am - 5:00 pm)
