Responsibilities

  • Establish rapport and maintain strong relationships with prospective students by providing them with accurate academic program information that aligns with their professional development goals.
  • Communicate with prospective students via telephone, email, webchat, and SMS.
  • Guide and track students through the admissions and enrollment processes.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required. Master’s preferred.
  • 1-2 years proven experience in consultative sales, on-line learning, customer service, admissions or recruiting. Outbound call center experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of non-traditional, adult student learning theory and motivation.
  • Exceptional closing skills while remaining calm, welcoming, understanding, and empathetic.
  • Ability to think on your feet, try new innovative approaches to get desired results.
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to influence customers, partners, and associates.
  • Ability to tie an individual’s wants and needs into a strategic plan.
