We are seeking a dedicated and licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in providing therapy to individuals across different age groups and backgrounds. This role offers the opportunity to work in a supportive and collaborative environment, where your expertise and passion for mental health will make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients. We are an out-of-the-box thinking counseling center. We strive to meet our clients where they are and teach them the tools they need for success.

Part-time OR Full-time

Front desk handles all of your scheduling and billing to give you the time with your clients. 

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs.
  • Develop personalized treatment plans and goals based on assessment outcomes.
  • Provide individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based therapeutic techniques.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure integrated care and holistic treatment approaches.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records and documentation.
  • Monitor clients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
  • Offer crisis intervention and support as needed.
  • Stay current with developments in the field of mental health therapy and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Current state licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LCSW, MFT, CMHC or CSW, SMHCI or AMFT or equivalent). Supervision is available if needed for hours.
  • Experience in conducting mental health assessments and diagnosing mental health disorders.
  • Proficiency in a variety of therapeutic modalities, such as CBT, DBT, ACT, or others.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Compassionate and non-judgmental approach to therapy.
  • Willingness to work with First Responders
  • Training in Trauma is preferred and will be required if hired
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards.
