The Human Resource Coordinator will plan, lead, direct, develop, and coordinate the policies, activities, and staff of the Human Resource (HR) department, ensuring legal compliance and implementation of the organizations mission and talent strategy.

Duties

· Responsible for Developing and implementing HR policies for the entire company.

· Posting requisitions to ensure staffing needs are met.

· Coordinate onboarding process (I9, tax forms, payment information, company policies).

· Coordinate Orientation (initial trainings).

· Coordinate termination process.

· Supporting employee development (annual compliance trainings and evaluations).

· Implementing strategic adjectives aligned with the company's business plans.

· Maintain employee records.

· Structure Employee benefits packages.

· Creating job descriptions.

· Designing and directing training programs.

· Dealing with employee grievances, disputes, and employee relations.

· Overseeing overall employee needs.

· Strengthen relationships between staff and employers.

Skills, Experience and Education Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.

· At least three years of human resource management experience required.

· Full understanding of the way an organization operates to meet its objectives.

· Communication and interpersonal skills.

· Diligent and firm with high ethical standards.
