Position: Healthcare Recruiter

Location: Crystal River, FL

Type: Full-Time


Position Overview:

As a Healthcare Recruiter at THQ Company, you will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and placing top healthcare talent for our services throughout the United States. Your expertise will contribute to filling vital roles within the healthcare sector, ultimately impacting patient care and organizational success.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract qualified healthcare professionals.
  • Build strong relationships with candidates and on-boarded professionals, ensuring a positive experience for all parties involved.
  • Maintain long-distance relationships with on-boarded professionals and maintain coverage levels necessary for our services nationally.
  • Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to match candidates with suitable positions.
  • Stay informed about trends and developments in the healthcare industry to anticipate recruitment needs.
  • Collaborate with team members to continuously improve the recruitment process and achieve shared goals.
  • Manage and assist healthcare professionals in their day-to-day activities and be a liaison with our marketing and technical teams to improve processes and patient services.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a recruiter with a focus on healthcare recruitment is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with healthcare professionals.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, ensuring efficient handling of multiple priorities.
  • A proactive and results-driven mindset with a commitment to meeting and exceeding objectives.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. In lieu of a degree, possession of five years of experience in recruitment.
