Position Overview: We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced A-Level Mechanic to join our team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive repair and maintenance, particularly in diagnosing and fixing complex mechanical issues. This position offers the opportunity to work with a diverse range of vehicles and to be part of a dynamic team dedicated to excellence in service.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform thorough inspections of vehicles to identify mechanical problems and issues.
  • Diagnose complex automotive issues and propose effective solutions.
  • Conduct repairs and maintenance tasks according to industry standards and manufacturer specifications.
  • Ensure that all work is completed accurately, efficiently, and in a timely manner.
  • Communicate effectively with customers regarding their vehicle's needs and recommended services.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and procedures at all times.

Requirements:

  • A-Level qualification in automotive technology or equivalent certification.
  • 5K sign on bonus paid out over 3 months
  • Proven experience as an automotive mechanic, with a minimum of 3 years in a similar role.
  • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in using automotive repair tools and equipment.
  • Excellent attention to detail and precision in workmanship.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Good communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
