We are seeking a talented Machinist/Engineer to join our team.  This role requires a blend of hands-on machining expertise and engineering to drive our production processes and ensure superior quality.

Job Description: As a Manufacturing Engineer at Reuland Electric Motor Company, you will play a crucial role in our manufacturing operations, utilizing your machining skills and engineering knowledge to create and optimize CNC programs and manual machining tasks. T

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement manufacturing processes and procedures.
• Utilize engineering principles to improve machining processes and product designs.
• Collaborate with the production team to troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing issues.
• Ensure precision and accuracy in all machining and engineering processes.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, including work instructions and standard operating procedures.
• Conduct time studies and capacity analysis to identify areas for improvement.
• Implement lean manufacturing principles and practices.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of machining experience.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, tools, and equipment.
• Proficiency in Mastercam software and other engineering tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
