Tradeco Construction is HIRING a Working Forman/Sheet Metal Mechanic 

Our ideal candidate is a seasoned Sheet Metal Mechanic with leadership experience (Working Foreman) who can and wants to groom a helper. The Working Foreman would take the helper to a jobsite, with a set of blueprints, order and install any material to do the job. Specifically, read blueprints, make cut sheets for ductwork, be able to talk with the General Contractor, attend job meetings for the project they are on, also be able to understand the specs for the project.

Qualifications:

  • Must have a clean driving record as the Working Foreman will drive the company truck to jobsites
  • Must be reliable, well-rounded Sheet Metal worker and Foreman
  • Can work independently and mentor a helper
  • Willingness to Comply & Lead by example
  • Read and understand blueprints & specifications
  • Perform work from start to finish
  • Executes work effectively & efficiently
  • Able to converse with GC, attend job meetings for the project they are work.

40hrs with some overtime.

$30-$35 an hour, DOE
