Position: Supply Chain Operations Support Contractor
Location: Fort Worth, TX
Business Unit: Verizon Wireless - Core Operations
Job Type: Temporary

Job Duties:

  • Support the Supply Chain operations for the ITTS Investigation team, focusing on resolving carrier shipping, fraud, and warehouse-related issues.
  • Collaborate with 3rd party warehouses, carriers, and internal teams to prevent negative customer experiences.
  • Meet daily service level commitments, resolving an average of 80 tickets per day with accuracy as the top priority.

Must-Have Skills:

  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
  • Team player with the ability to engage internal team members towards achieving common goals.
  • Independent and proactive in a dynamic environment.
  • Effective prioritization skills to optimize customer solutions.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Slack.

Desired Skills:

  • Strong analytical and technical capabilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Logistics:

  • Shifts between 8 AM EST to 5 PM PST, potentially including weekends.
  • 40-hour workweek with the possibility of overtime.
  • Onsite position in Fort Worth, TX.
