Job DescriptionJob Description

NextStep Recruiting has joined hands with an amazing client in Dallas as they are seeking to hire an SEC Financial Reporting Manager. This amazing opportunity will work in the Dallas corporate office and will play a critical role in working alongside a fantastic leadership team.

Successful candidate will have, but not limited to:

  • A Certified Public Accountant license is required
  • Combination of 5+ years of experience in SEC financial reporting and corporate accounting
  • Big 4 Public Accounting is strongly preferred
  • SOX and SEC reporting, 10-Q, 10-K, 8-K, and section 16 filings, footnote support, and tie-out binders are required
  • ASC 842 lease accounting, and global consolidation around a balance sheet, income statement, cash flow, and statement of equity is required
  • Desired Software: Workiva, OneStream, or REAP are all nice to have and common in this field
  • Experience in Restaurant, Retail Development, or Hotel is strongly preferred
