Qualifications:
- Active CA license
- 3+ years of Medical Malpractice, Insurance Defense, and/or General Liability experience.
- Superior analytical skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, and attention to detail.
- A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn is essential.
- Strong decision-making and proactive problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities:
- Independently work with a senior attorney on the team to manage caseload.
- Conduct legal research, handle discovery, and analyze medical and employment records.
- Regularly handle court appearances, depositions, and meetings.
- Communicate with clients and provide status reports.
