Basic NOC operations. Have technician come onsite and will training on quickly on the network system. Open for recent college grads, NOC, helpdesk.

iDirect Velocity is their newest network management system, across SES satellite suite. Customer specific. The SES Hubs service customers across the field. SatCom Global and Maritime who have already migrated to this platform. The dashboards that have been created will tell you when they are in and out of the network. The Techs are looking to find out why a system has moved out of network and escalated to a Sr. Engineer on how to bring back in the network.

Team has been tasked with multiple systems for an iDirect platform where monitoring is need on a consist basis. The operational readiness for this tool is not there. There will be some action needed to take place with procedures. Grow the Level 1 operations monitoring through the iDirect Velocity platform. There are dashboards established so the alerts are brought to your attention. There would be ticketing opportunity down the road once the Technicians are ramped up.
