Just Be Counseling, LLC is a growing private practice that provides individual, family and group therapy to diverse clients with a variety of mental health needs. JBC was founded on the mission of providing a holistic approach to mental wellness. JBC proudly provides trauma informed, gender inclusive care by utilizing a person-centered approach and evidenced based techniques. JBC is currently looking for skilled, like-minded, motivated Fee for Service Mental Health Clinicians to join the team.

The ideal candidate is genuine, enthusiastic, has a growth mindset, and possesses strong clinical skills.

Education and Certification:

• MA in Mental Health Counseling or Social Work (Required)
• LAC (Required)
• LPC/LCSW (Preferred)

Experience:

• Min 1 year of providing direct clinical services to clients.
• Bilingual Spanish Speaking a plus
• Certified in Trauma Informed Care is a plus
• INN with BCBS is a plus

JBC believes that emotional healing and interpersonal growth happens throughout the lifespan. Through a compassionate approach clients are met where they are at and their clinician walks with them on their journey to inner peace and mental wellness. A variety of reasons can motivate someone to pursue talk therapy. JBC provides a warm, peaceful and safe space for clients to develop a strong therapeutic relationship with their, identify therapeutic goals and empower clients to achieve these goals. JBC also provides trauma informed and gender inclusive care

JBC is currently looking to expand from a solo practice to a small group practice where a sense of community and self care are top priority for clinicians. JBC supports and encourages clinicians to have a healthy balance of professional autonomy and being a part of a supportive team.
