Thomas M Keuler, CPA is a well-established accounting and tax practice in the Ripon, WI area. We are hiring a QuickBooks Bookkeeper to fill a full-time or part-time position. We have been experiencing significant growth and expanding our technologies and the services we provide to our clients. Our firm is committed to providing excellent, responsive, and supportive services to our tax clients.

Responsibilities:

• Bookkeeping for small businesses
• Communicate with clients on questions in QuickBooks

Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Desktop
• Bookkeeping related to accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, journal entries, trial balance and general ledger
• Data entry and reconciling of balance sheet accounts
• New set up/clean up of existing business in QuickBooks
• Team oriented with Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
