We are in the search of a highly motivated Quality Control Manager to oversee and manage the Quality Control department’s daily functions. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality and reliability. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of quality management, customer interactions, and team management, while maintaining compliance with IATF 16949 standards.
You must have the ability to effectively collaborate with other departments to ensure products and processes comply to specifications, standards, and customer requirements, and consistently prompt continuous improvement of all processes toward improved quality performance and increased customer satisfaction.
Do not apply unless you have a minimum 5 years of Quality Experience in each of these areas and can answer yes to all of these questions below:
Do you have hands on experience with inspection of CNC Turned and Milled parts, along with Sheet Metal Formed parts?
Do you have a thorough knowledge of programming and inspecting parts with CMM/systems with knowledge of PCDMIS and/or MCOSMOS?
Do you have experience and a thorough understanding of IATF 16949?
Do you have a thorough knowledge of quality control standards and testing methodologies?
Do you have experience in maintaining records of testing, information and various metrics as per IATF 16949?
Do you have experience completing; PPAP's, 8D, NCR and any and all related documentation to comply with quality standards?
Do you have experience managing a quality team and the ability to communicate at all times in a professional manner with all team members, customers, and suppliers?
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Ensure compliance with ISO/9001 and IATF 16949
- Establish, manage, and oversee Quality Control and Quality Assurance work centers.
- Oversee the scheduling and duties of the entire Quality Inspection Team.
- Develop and implement enhanced quality reporting measures.
- Maintain accurate trackability and traceability of incoming and outgoing materials/products.
- Set, implement, and manage quality and production processes.
- Collaborate with suppliers to ensure quality, accuracy, and proper documentation.
- Assist in training on all aspects of Quality Management Systems.
- Implement corrective and preventive actions, supporting QMS documentation.
- Monitor production issues closely and execute processes to address potential problems.
- Assist in internal audits and preparing for external audits.
- Lead the M.R.B. Team, providing guidance and Policy communication with the Team Leaders.
Additional requirements:
- Excellent Communication skills, Training and Mentoring skill-sets
- Working GD&T knowledge
- Working knowledge of MS Office
- Wage will be based on experience and qualifications
