JOB DESCRIPTION

Position Overview: This position involves locating and safely pulling material, issuing materials to the manufacturing floor, processing materials in the ERP system, tagging items correctly, and using proper packaging techniques.

Pay Rate: $20/hr - $22/hr

Schedule: 1st Shift - 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

Temp to hire after 4-5 months

Free Lunches daily

Job Duties:

  • Direct the flow of material from arrival to inventory.
  • Unload, unpack, verify material, and count against packing lists and purchase orders.
  • Receive, transact, and transfer inventory in the company’s ERP system.
  • Print receiving labels and affix them to each package.
  • Follow established inventory control and computer tracking systems.
  • Inspect for accuracy and damage, record and resolve discrepancies.
  • Communicate discrepancies with buyers and segregate material until resolved.
  • Adhere to company policies, guidelines, and procedures.
  • Verify the accuracy of all shipping and receiving documentation.
  • Manage important documents such as packing slips.
  • Inspect labels, barcodes, and other features of completed orders.
  • Collaborate with shipping, receiving, and warehouse teams for efficient warehouse operations.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years of warehouse experience
