Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Attorney to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent clients in various family law matters, including divorce, child custody, child support, and spousal support.
  • Provide expert legal advice and guidance to clients, ensuring they understand their rights and options.
  • Prepare and file legal documents, including petitions, motions, and briefs.
  • Negotiate settlements and represent clients in court proceedings.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files and documentation.
  • Demonstrate empathy and professionalism in all client interactions.

Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the Arizona State Bar.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience practicing family law.
  • Proven track record of managing a caseload effectively and achieving favorable outcomes.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
