1.     Overseeing the work of all office employees to ensure they work productively and meet deadlines and company standards

2.     Responsible for running company payroll biweekly and resolving payroll discrepancies

3.     Make sure that all the client’s progress notes are completed and signed off everyday

4.     Responsible for all filing system for the company 

5.     Develop and implement organized filing system for all the company documents

6.     Manage office supplies inventory

8.     Answer telephone calls and respond to emails

9.     Deal with correspondence, complaints and queries

Education and experience:
