Job Description: Join our team as a Mover, where you will be responsible for packing, loading, and unloading items to facilitate residential and commercial moves. This role demands physical strength, attention to detail, and excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Pack household or office items carefully using appropriate materials and techniques.
  • Load and unload items from moving trucks, ensuring all items are secured for transport.
  • Navigate items through various spaces safely and efficiently.
  • Maintain a cooperative and positive attitude with team members to ensure coordinated efforts during moves.
  • Adhere to all safety guidelines to prevent injuries and property damage.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any client concerns with professionalism.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Mover or in a similar physical role.
  • Strong understanding of safe packing and furniture handling techniques.
  • Excellent physical condition and stamina to lift heavy items for extended periods.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills; ability to work well with others.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Must pass a background check as part of the hiring process.

Compensation:

  • Starting pay of $20/hr plus tips.
