Salary: $22 per hour
Schedule:  12 hour rotating shifts - must be flexible to work swing/grave.

What’s a typical day as a Scheduler? You’ll be:
• Managing union employee call-offs and backfilling vacancies to meet operational needs
• Making decisions regarding daily lay-offs (LWL) and scheduling overtime in accordance with the collective bargaining agreement
• Identifying, creating, and communicating work schedules to union employees
• Completing shift crewing reports and calculating shift totals
• Entering information and running reports out of scheduling software
• Approving and tracking vacation and time off requests for the union workforce
• Providing support and performing payroll activities for hourly union and non-union employees
• Ensuring accurate and timely data entry and updates in ADP for payroll processing
• Assisting with coding labor transfers and cost center changes
• Processing employee data updates in the ADP timekeeping system
• Validating and updating leave of absence statuses in ADP
• Responding to employees regarding payroll-related issues and inquiries
• Maintaining various control documents for accurate payroll processing
