Apartment Maintenance Technician

Seeking skilled Maintenance Technicians for apartment communities in Jacksonville, FL Are you a problem solver who takes pride in quality work? Property Managers are seeking reliable individuals to ensure residents enjoy safe and comfortable living spaces. Your role involves turning units over and completing repairs, showcasing expertise in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliances.\
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in residential maintenance - apartments, hotels, or private homes
- HVAC Skills are a PLUS but not required
- Must have personal hand tools and drill - bring to the site daily; do not leave at the property
- Must have reliable means of transportation - personal or public
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Deadline and detail-oriented
Qualifications:
- Previous residential maintenance experience preferred
- HVAC skills a plus
- Must have personal hand tools and reliable transportation

Must be authorized to work in the US. Competitive salary offered.
